These images, captured and edited in 2019, tell a tale of escapism. Amidst traumatic events, I sought to numb my fear through activities that filled the void of isolation and loneliness. The colour theme represents the disorientation and euphoria within the darkness, highlighting that in the midst of the pain, there would be bursts of colour and temporary bliss.
At least in those moments, I could FEEL
...something 'good' and exciting.
