And until that time, you could find people donning all kinds of cool outfits, paired with boots—some that might not make sense to you, like short skirts with knee-high boots and a vest layered under a cardigan. Depending on the weather and cold severity, this is actually quite sensible when you consider how boots work.

Boots help retain heat by protecting the feet—one of the key points where your body loses warmth. Keeping the feet warm helps maintain circulation, allowing heat to reach fingers, ears, and other extremities. That’s why boots aren’t just a fashion statement; they’re thermal gear. So until it’s the dead of winter, you can still get creative with your outfits. Just add a solid pair of boots, and you’re good to go.

The series follows a 'fashion-killa' at a hideout, trying to maintain a somewhat low profile as it is too dangerous for the assassin to be out and about (for others and our subject).

Of course, it is also a space for the designer to showcase their collections to buyers, editors, and other influential people in the industry. Incorporating creative visuals and strong art direction into your show can heighten the experience and buzz around your showcase. 

A well-executed show can feel like a cinematic journey—where the audience leaves with a vivid impression, as if they’ve just watched an unforgettable movie.
